Connect your LinkedIn account and Doers Movement can send connection requests and messages from it, bring your replies back into the CRM, and keep track of who you're actually connected to.
LinkedIn outreach is enabled per team. If you can't connect an account yet, contact our sales team and we'll switch it on.
Two things are true of all of it, and they matter more than any feature below:
- Nothing goes out without you approving it. Every message is a draft until you say so.
- Everything is deliberately slow. Sending is spread across the day, inside limits you set. That is not a delay to work around — it is the point.
What you get
| What happens | |
|---|---|
| Your network in the CRM | Bring your existing LinkedIn connections in as contacts, and follow the import on the Leads Extractor page |
| Connection requests | Ask for a connection from the contact, and it goes out paced |
| Messages | Reach the people you're connected to, on the channel they actually read |
| Replies come back | Their answers land on the contact automatically — nothing to copy over |
| Honest connection status | Each teammate sees their own real relationship with a contact |
Why it's paced
LinkedIn watches for accounts that behave like software. Bursts of requests, messages at 3am, the same rhythm every day — these are what get an account restricted, and a restricted account is far worse than a slow one.
So Doers Movement sends a few at a time, inside your working hours, with an uneven gap between them. When you queue something, you'll be told roughly when it will go — often a few minutes away, sometimes later in the day.
If you queue a message and it doesn't appear on LinkedIn immediately, that is the system working. Check the contact: it'll tell you when it's due.
What's automatic and what isn't
| Automatic | Yours to decide |
|---|---|
| Sending queued requests at a safe pace | Whether to request a connection at all |
| Bringing replies into the CRM | Every word of every message |
| Noticing when someone accepts | Who gets contacted, and when to stop |
| Keeping your daily count | Your daily limits |
When LinkedIn is used instead of email
You rank the channels yourself, and LinkedIn is skipped for anyone you're not connected to yet — so a request that hasn't been accepted never stalls your outreach. See Channels.
Not the same as the Leads Extractor
Two different jobs that both involve LinkedIn:
- The Leads Extractor pulls people out of other people's public posts. It doesn't need your account connected.
- Importing your connections brings in your own network. That needs your account connected.
