Cancel your plan

Leaving should be as easy as joining. You can stop your renewal yourself, in a couple of clicks, without emailing anyone — and you keep everything you've paid for until the period you're in runs out. If you change your mind before then, one click puts it back.

What you'll get​

Your plan stops renewing on your next billing date. Nothing is charged after that, and nothing is taken away before it.

What you'll need​

  • You must be a team admin. Members can see the page and the team's numbers, but not the buttons.

Steps​

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Billing.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, past the plans, to Cancel your plan. It tells you the date everything stays active until.

  3. Click Cancel plan. A box asks you to confirm and repeats what happens: your plan stays fully active until your billing date, you keep your credits and everything you've paid for, and after that date it won't renew and you won't be charged again.

  4. Confirm with the button naming your date — for example Cancel at 7 October 2026. If you'd rather not, Keep my plan closes the box and changes nothing.

You'll know it worked when…​

A band appears at the top of the Billing page reading Your plan ends on your date, and it stays there every time you come back. That band is also where you undo it.

:::tip Changed your mind? Click Keep my plan in that band any time before the date. Your plan carries on exactly as it was — there's no need to buy it again, and no gap in your service. :::

What happens on the day​

Your plan stops renewing and you're not charged again. Nothing is deleted. Your contacts, companies, profiles and drafts stay exactly as they are, and your AI Agents simply stop picking up new work. When you come back, pick a plan on the same page and they start again from where they left off.

If your last payment didn't go through​

There's no paid period left to keep, so cancelling works differently: the card says Your last payment didn't go through. Cancelling ends your plan now, and the button reads Cancel now. Confirm, and your plan ends straight away and we stop trying to charge your card. Nothing is deleted, and you can pick a plan again whenever you're ready.
