Plans & credits

Every plan works on credits. Your AI Agents use them when they do real work for you — qualifying, researching, finding people — and every kind of work has a fixed price you can see before it starts. One number to watch, and no surprises on your invoice.

Your plan also sets how many people can be on your team and how many active ideal customer profiles (ICPs) you can run at once.

Choosing your plan

FounderScaleEngine
Per month€250€600€1,500
Credits each month2,2006,50017,000
People on your team125
Active ICPs248

To help you compare plans, each card has a box under its credits dropdown, Every month. It reads as one funnel, from everyone you add down to the people you can message. On Founder:

  1. 2,000 new contacts or companies screened free. Misfits are set aside before any credits are spent. Scale screens 6,000 a month and Engine 15,000. After that many in a month, new arrivals wait for you; when you qualify them, screening still runs first, so a clear misfit still costs nothing.
  2. 60–100 companies taken all the way: qualified, researched, and their decision-makers found.
  3. About 100–160 decision-makers ready to message: qualified and researched, with a verified email when one is found.
  4. Unlimited messages, written and sent: on LinkedIn from your own account, and emails you send yourself.

Below the funnel: your Sales Coworker is unlimited for normal use. It sees your whole pipeline, coaches you and helps you close deals, and everyone on your team can talk to it as often as they work. If your team goes far beyond normal use in a month, each further message costs 1 credit, and your Sales Coworker tells you before that starts. Work it does for you, like qualifying or research, costs the same credits as doing it yourself.

Ranges depend on how strict your ICP is. A strict ICP, where fewer companies and people pass and you work several decision-makers per company, gets you nearer the low end; a broad ICP with one decision-maker per company gets you nearer the high end. Hover or tap the ⓘ for the details. See what each step costs opens the price list below, right on the card: credits are one pool, so you can spend them on any mix of steps.

The box is the same for everyone, so you can compare plans side by side. It moves with the credits dropdown, and each option in that dropdown shows its own estimate too.

Credits you don't use by the end of the month don't carry over. Most founders start on Founder: one ICP to prove and one to test beside it.

Make the plan fit your team

You don't have to jump a whole plan to get one more of something. Each plan card has three dropdowns:

DropdownWhat it addsPrice
Credits each month500 more credits a month, per block€60 / month per block
SeatsAnother person on your team€50 / month each
Active ICPsAnother active ICP€50 / month each

Every option in a dropdown shows the new total and what it adds to your monthly price (for example 2,700 credits / mo · +€60). The price at the top of the card updates as you choose and shows what's the plan and what's add-ons (€250 plan + €60 add-ons), so you always see the total before you commit. If you keep adding credits, check the next plan up: it may give you more for less.

Top-ups for a busy month

Had a busy month and run low? Buy a top-up on the Billing page instead of changing your plan:

Top-upPrice
500 credits€75
1,000 credits€130
2,500 credits€300

Hover or tap the ⓘ beside each top-up to see roughly how many more companies it would get you, worked out from how you use credits. Top-up credits last 12 months and are only used once your plan's credits for the month are gone, so a top-up you buy today is still there for a busy month later in the year. Buying one is admin-only, like everything else that spends money.

What credits buy

The Billing page shows today's prices, and these are the same:

Enrich a person or a company2 (free when nothing new is found)

Read a company's LinkedIn page you ask to screen, once this month's free LinkedIn reads are used1 per company (the same as a profile)

What your credits mean in companies and people

Credits tell you what each step costs, but what you really want to know is: how many companies can I still reach this month? Next to your credits, wherever they appear, an ⓘ answers that: roughly how many more companies your credits left will reach, and how many decision-makers at them.

This is different from the box on the plan cards: the plan cards use one typical assumption so you can compare plans, while this ⓘ works from how your own team uses credits.

It's worked out from how your own team works:

  • How many of the companies you qualify fit your ICP. Once you've qualified about 20 companies in the last 30 days, it uses your real hit rate. Before that, it uses how screening sorted your companies, and before that, what's typical (about 1 in 2 fit). It always tells you which.
  • How many decision-makers you usually find at each company that fits.
  • Your research settings. Automatic research and refreshing research before a message both use credits. Turning automatic research off stretches your credits further, and the estimate goes up straight away. Refreshing is counted once you have recent refreshes of your own, so from then on turning it off raises the estimate too. See Automatic AI work.

The same ⓘ also lists what your credits would buy if you spent them all on one thing ("or spend them all on one thing": so many qualified, or so many researched, or so many emails found). Those lines are alternatives, not a plan that adds up.

Writing messages never uses credits. Messages on LinkedIn still go out within your daily safe limits, so your account stays healthy.

It's an estimate, and the tooltip always says so. It changes as your ICP and your lists change. A stricter ICP means fewer companies pass, so each one that fits takes more credits to find. Your AI Agent gives you the same estimate if you ask "how many companies can I still do this month?"

What's free, by rule

You only pay for work that gives you something. These never cost a credit:

  • Anyone screening rules out when you qualify them. Qualify starts with free screening of anyone your AI Agent hasn't screened yet. When screening clearly says they're not a fit, they're Disqualified at screening and the full check never runs, so you never pay 4 credits to learn what free screening already told you. Bulk estimates count only the people likely to reach the full check.
  • Finding people that found nobody, and an email search that found no verified email.
  • Filling in details that found nothing new, and filling in a record that has nothing left to fill: it doesn't even start.
  • Research that saved nothing new.
  • The same work again within 30 days, unless you ask for it again yourself.
  • Re-qualifying a company or person you've already researched doesn't refresh their research. Only writing a message brings stale research up to date, and only if your Automatic AI work settings ask for it.
  • Work you approved before it ran is charged once, when it finishes — not when you approve it.
  • Working your own data. Reading, editing, importing, writing and sending are never counted, and storage is never capped. Import everything you have.

When free screening is used up. New contacts and companies wait for you until the count resets, except that people at companies already ruled out are still marked Company not a fit, using none of your reads. On a paid plan the card says Free screening is used up this month and starts again on that date, and you can still qualify anyone meanwhile: screening runs first, so a clear misfit costs you nothing, and only real candidates get the full check. On a trial it says Your free screening is used up, and Pick a plan keeps screening going.

Reading a LinkedIn profile yourself. You're never stuck waiting: Read LinkedIn profile on a contact reads it straight away, free while this month's free reads last and 1 credit after that, and the button shows the price before anything is read. Reading someone again is always free. See Possible Fit and screening.

Talking to your AI Agent

Ask your main AI Agent anything, as often as you like: conversations with it are included in every plan for normal use. Work it does for you — qualifying, researching, finding people — uses the same credits as doing it with the button, so you always know what a piece of work costs, however you started it.

To keep the AI Agent fast for everyone, each person can send up to 60 messages an hour and have up to 3 requests running at once. If you hit either, the AI Agent tells you when you can carry on.

If your team goes far beyond normal use in a month, we tell you in the conversation first. After that, each further message that month uses 1 credit.

What happens when you run out of credits

Running out never loses work and never stops anything halfway.

  • Work already running finishes. A batch that started keeps going to the end.
  • New AI work waits. Qualifying, researching or finding people pauses, and the company or contact shows why, with your ways to get more credits: Top up credits or Upgrade plan on a paid plan, Pick a plan on a trial.
  • Your messages are still written. If the research behind a message is out of date and there are no credits to refresh it, the AI Agent writes the message on the research it has and tells you so on the draft.
  • Paused work starts again on its own. As soon as credits are back (a top-up, a bigger plan, or your next month), paused work picks up again, oldest first, as far as the new credits go. Anything still waiting shows a Retry you can use any time.

Before a big job — qualifying a list of companies, for example — the app and the AI Agent tell you what it will use, so you can decide before anything starts: "Qualifying these 300 companies: 1,200 credits, plus about 600 for research on the ones that fit." If it's more than you have left, nothing starts; select fewer or get more credits.

We also let you know as you go. Your team's admins hear when half of the month's credits are used and again at 80%. Everyone on the team hears when the plan's credits are used and top-ups take over, and when credits run out — again each time, if it happens more than once in a month.

Where did my credits go?

Billing → Where your credits went shows this month's credits by kind of work — qualifying, research, finding people — with research refresh on its own line, so you can see what keeping research fresh costs. Below it, every charge: when, what, for which company or person, and who started it: the teammate's name, AI Agent, Autopilot, or Automatic for work your settings start on their own.

Switch on Show free work to also see the work that cost nothing, and why (for example, the same work repeated within 30 days).

You can also ask your AI Agent: "Where did my credits go this month?"

How much autopilot spends each night

Autopilot prepares new accounts overnight, and each one uses credits. Next to Keep this many drafts ready you'll see what a night at that number costs and tonight's budget, for example "About 360 credits a night; tonight's autopilot budget is 100."

The budget is set in Team settings → Automatic AI work, under Autopilot nightly credit budget:

  • Spread evenly over the month (the default): your credits left, shared across the autopilot nights left this month.
  • A fixed number of credits a night.
  • No limit.

When tonight's budget is used, autopilot stops preparing new accounts until the next night. Drafts for people already in your pipeline are free and keep coming. Work you start yourself — by hand or through the AI Agent — is never limited by the budget.

Where to see what you've used

The bottom of the left sidebar shows Credits · N left on every page, with a thin bar for how much of this month's plan credits you've used. When you're running low it turns amber and offers a way to get more. The ⓘ next to Credits (tap it on a phone, where it sits in the top bar) shows what those credits still get you in companies and people.

On the Billing page, the top card leads with your month so far: how many companies you've qualified, how many people are ready to contact, and roughly how many more companies your credits left will reach.

Seats and active ICPs aren't in the sidebar, and that's deliberate: they barely move, and a permanent "1 of 1" would look like a problem when nothing is wrong. You see them where you use them: on the Invite button on your Team page, and on the Activate control of an ICP.

For the full picture, click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Billing.

Seats and active ICPs

An ICP counts as active whenever your AI Agents are working on it — while it's live, and while it's gathering or holding evidence from real outreach. Drafts you're still shaping, ones you've paused, and ones you've discontinued don't count.

Pausing gives the slot back and keeps what the ICP already found. Every company and contact it qualified keeps its verdict, and you can still research those people and draft messages for them by hand. What a paused ICP doesn't get is new verdicts. When you want it judging again, resume it.

When your seats are full, the Invite button on your Team page is greyed out and says why. Remove a member or cancel an invitation you no longer need, or add a seat on the Billing page. A sent invitation holds a seat even before it's accepted.

When your active ICPs are full, the Activate control on an ICP is greyed out, with two ways forward: Pause an ICP you're not focused on, which frees the slot straight away, or Add an active ICP to your plan for €50 a month. The same choice appears on a contact whose company matches an ICP you've paused: the contact offers Resume plus the ICP's name when a slot is free.

If you're not an admin, you see the same explanation, worded for you: Your admin can add capacity, next to a See plan options link that opens the Billing page.

caution

If you move down to a plan with fewer seats or active ICPs than you're using, your AI Agents start no new AI work until you're back inside the new plan. Remove a member or pause an ICP and they carry on straight away. Nothing is ever deleted or deactivated for you.

Changing your plan

Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Billing. Pick the plan you want, set its dropdowns, and confirm — you see the new monthly price before anything is charged. Step by step: Change your plan or add capacity.

  • Adding is paid for there and then, from the card you have on file, and arrives as soon as the payment clears — usually within a second or two. Moving up a plan is worked out pro rata, so a mid-month upgrade costs less than a full month.
  • Reducing happens at your next billing date. You keep what you've paid for until then. If one change both adds and reduces, the whole change waits for that date.

If your bank asks you to approve the payment, you'll be sent to do that first. If the card is declined, nothing changes and nothing is charged.

Your billing period

Plan credits reset on your own monthly anniversary, the same date you're invoiced on. If you signed up on the 14th, your credits refresh on the 14th, not the 1st.

Trying it first, and picking a plan

New teams get a 7-day trial with 300 credits and no card. Enough to take a real list through qualification, research and a first set of drafts and see what comes back.

A team with no plan and no trial can't start AI work: it sees Pick a plan. Nothing is deleted — your contacts, companies, ICPs and drafts are all still there, and choosing a plan starts your AI Agents again.

If a payment fails

Nothing happens straight away. Your card is retried over the following days and your AI Agents keep working meanwhile, so a card that simply expired doesn't interrupt your pipeline. We'll email you so you can update it.

Cancelling

You can stop your renewal yourself on the Billing page: scroll past the plans to Cancel your plan, and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're not charged again. Keep my plan puts it back any time before then. If your last payment didn't go through, cancelling ends your plan straight away and we stop trying to charge your card. Nothing is deleted. Step by step: Cancel your plan.

Billing you can trust

All payments are handled securely through Stripe, a payment provider used by businesses worldwide. Your card details are never stored by Doers Movement.

LinkedIn limits are a different thing

Your plan's credits are about what you've bought. Your LinkedIn daily limits are about keeping your LinkedIn account healthy — you set them in Outreach settings, and they're not part of your plan. Both can hold a message back, and they'll tell you which one did. See Staying safe on LinkedIn.
